WHO

I am Carrie Vines, pretending to know what to say here... My husband, Sam, joins me on weddings and is the designated pack mule. (he happens to be an amazing photographer, too)

• we had a Renaissance themed wedding 16 years ago, and Sam actually wore a tunic and tights (we thought we were so cool)

• we made 2 kids with the spare parts we had in the garage (not really, but that's what they think) who can sing you a song about Deoxyribonucleic Acid. (turns out, we're kinda nerdy!

• are HUGE fans of Disneyland's Haunted Mansion, like seriously, obsessed with the ride. We have a pretty impressive collection of Haunted Mansion memorabila have had the incredible honor of meeting with several of the imagineers responsible for creating this ride, and even became a finalist for a chance at a dream job working for Disney for a day..

• we LOVE cooking with friends in our kitchen, HATE cleaning up afterwards. We would rather spend time playing games and karoke on the Wii (although asking Carrie to sing could be hazardous to your health.)

WHAT

What do I love to photograph?

Brides rinsing sand off their wedding dress... grooms peaking at their brides during mass....kids crying during family formals....fathers of the brides seeing their daughters in their dress on their wedding and realizing, at that moment, that today she is really getting married!

I also love photographing 8 days new babies....and magical family moments that inspire me to continue doing what I do....

And I'd love to photograph you, too!

WHERE

Our studio is based in Inland Empire in Southern California, but we love a good road trip! In fact, this year we've pulled out and polished our passports for travel worldwide, so no matter where YOU are... we would love to meet ya!
