Looking back at the engagement sessions and weddings I had the privilege of photographing in 2012, I can’t help but feel pretty blessed to have worked with so many amazing couples, including one special couple who had already been married over 50 years! In fact, last year we photographed court house weddings, wedding vow renewals, simple intimate affairs, large formal multi day parties, festive DYI themed weddings and barefoot weddings in the sand.. each celebrating the love and commitment between two people in their own special way.
Each wedding I photograph renews my faith in love. With each wedding and engagement session, my own love for my husband grows..each one serving as a reminder of our own vows and commitment we made to each other 17 years ago. Talk about an amazing job bonus!
So cheers to 2013! Whether you’ve been married for 72 hours, or 50 years strong, I wish all my couples the best year, yet! And cheers to LOVE!
