MOMS Club was a huge part of my life after my daughter was born 11 years ago. Has it really been that long? I am proud of my part in the inception of the MOMS Club of Redlands and even more so to see that the club continues to offer support and camaraderie to mothers today. It was a real thrill for me to donate my services to help raise funds for the MOMS Club, the fastest growing support system for stay home mothers, more specifically the Mother To Mother Fund, a non-profit organization that helps financially support mothers and their children during times of tragedy and loss.
Yesterday my husband and I set up a photo shoot at one of the local parks. My brain was thinking Ford Park, but my mouth said Sylvan.. so I first want again to apologize for the mishap and to any moms who were inconvenienced by my faux-pas. But thanks to Debbie and Melanie and a strong network, all the moms who signed up made it to where we were set up. The day was overcast and a little cloudy, but the light would peek thru at times and I’m so pleased with the results.

Be still my heart! Aren’t those some of the most beautiful children and mothers you’ve seen in your life?! Some of the moms were not expecting to be photographed, but were great sports about it, and they are lovely! That is the look of motherhood and love. It doesn’t get more beautiful than that. Thank you, MOMS Club of Redlands, for spending the afternoon with me and Sam and for this opportunity to give back to a group that helped me so much in the early stages of my own motherhood experience.
With over 2000+ chapters nationwide, you’re sure to find a group near you. To learn more about the MOMS Club, visit their website here.
